Community History
Ariam Usaka is one of the Clans that made up Ikwuano LGA (Oloko, Oboro and Ibere) occupies a total area of 101 square kilometres and has an average temperature of 28 degrees centigrade. Ariam Usaka witnesses two distinct seasons which are the rainy and the dry seasons while the average humidity level of the area is put at 62 percent.
Ariam Usaka in the area while the religion of Christianity/African deities is the commonly practiced religion in the LGA. Popular festivals held in Ariam Usak include the colourful Ekpe masqurerade festival, Ngba (Village wrestling), Oro, Iri-ji (New yam festival), Obonu and Okonko.

Our Objectives
- To improve knowledge of the people of Ariam Usaka in practical skills and education that can make them entrepreneurs as well as empowering the youth who have got little or no chance of formal education with basic technical/vocational skills in line with information communication technology (ICT).
- To educate the communities on relevant social and economic issues.
- To increase general awareness among our people on the issues affecting them and providing workable solutions
- To increase collaboration plans with other organizations, bodies or individuals whether national or international but having advocacy strategies for the similar cause as laid herein
- To unite all persons hailing from Ariam Usaka to be able to speak with one voice
- Providing a voice for the oppressed and disadvantaged groups in the Communities.
- To acquire freehold or leasehold land, office premises, or any other property or right in any property which may be necessary for carrying out any of the Association activities;
- Organizing and mobilizing financial and other resources/assistance from members, donors and NGOs necessary for the development of Ariam Usaka Communities in terms of infrastructure, sports, education and participate in any planning for development activities;
- To monitor the activities of political leaders from Ariam Usaka to ensure that democratic dividends are evident in our various communities.
- To co-operate with the Government and other institutions and associations for the purpose of ensuring peace, law and order necessary for the development of Ariam Usaka thereby exposing criminality and criminal elements in the communities.
- Exercising and promoting the culture of tolerance and providing a voice of reason in the community, and participating in peaceful resolutions of conflict;
- To carry out all lawful activities that promote development within the Ariam Usaka community;
