It is with great excitement and pure joy that we write to share some of the highlights into our most recent Community projects.

Following the formal registration of the Voice of Ariam Usaka Foundation, the organization properly commenced its constitutional activities, with its official inauguration on the 3rd of Jan 2020. The slated activities to celebrate the inauguration are as itemised:

I) Rally around all communities in Ariam/ Usaka clan on 2nd January,  2020 to create awareness about the VAUF inauguration which held on the  3rd of January, 2020.

II) During the inauguration, VAUF in collaboration with other organizations n Ariam/ Usaka commissioned “Ariam/ Usaka Vigilante Group” to provide security for lives and property within our great community.

III) The Vigilante Group was equipped with Security gadgets and motorcycles to enable them perform at their best. VAUF provided two registered new bikes for that purpose.

IV) Furthermore,  widows in the community were provided with some relief materials including quality wrappers since it was a festive period. This brought joy, happiness, support and encouragement to all of them nominated from all the communities.

As part of the scheduled programme to achieve the goals and desires of VAUF as an organization. I) There was a meeting with the Local Government Chairman of Ikwuano by representatives of VAUF to discuss some pertinent issues affecting the people of our community. This meeting was covered by men of the media wherein issues concerning gullies located in different strategic sites in our community which endangers lives and negatively impact on our environment, were showcased and aired in various TV stations in the state and on Channels TV.

The above listed among others were the executed activities during the inauguration.

Following the inauguration, various meetings are ongoing to launch major projects between 2020 and 2025 within our community that are expected to improve structures and alleviate suffering among our people. These projects will soon be launched regardless of the COVID-19 pandemic and prevailing hard times in our nation at large.

we are hopeful that with togetherness, love  for one another and patriotism to our land, we can achieve so much more.

On this note, we will like to remind us all…that “Together We Rise”  Like our people will say…”lgwe bu ike”.

Ancient Ariam / Usaka Kingdom is our land, our roots and our home.
